The penalty system for individuals committing crimes under Thai criminal law

Abstract
The article analyzes the provisions of Thai criminal law regarding the penalty system for individuals committing crimes, including: capital punishment, imprisonment, fines, probation, and asset confiscation. From the study of Thailand's penalty system, the author proposes several solutions to improve the provisions of the 2015 Criminal Code regarding the penalty system for individuals committing crimes.
