Some aspects of human rights protection policy within the EU's legal framework

This study analyzed the main aspects of human rights protection policy within the European Union's (EU) legal framework. This study provided an overview of the importance of human rights protection, the core legal instruments and policies for protecting fundamental rights in the EU, such as the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, the European Convention on Human Rights, and the EU's foreign policy on human rights. The study also made some recommendations for Vietnam to continue developing human rights policy, including perfecting the legal framework, strengthening enforcement and monitoring, promoting civil society participation, raising awareness through education, focusing on vulnerable groups, strengthening international cooperation, and building a modern, sustainable society where human rights are respected.
