Eco-Innovation and Sustainable Business Performance of SMEs in Gia Lai Province

Abstract
This study’s findings revealed that eco-innovation products/processes and green innovation systems are the determinants of the sustainable performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Gia Lai province. In contrast, environmental technology and organizational eco-innovation aspects do not determine the sustainable performance of SMEs. These findings suggested that both internal and external factors influence eco-innovation strategies. However, the relevance of external factors seems to be more significant for SMEs in Gia Lai province. This study took a different approach by exploring the impact of eco-innovation products/processes and green innovation systems on the sustainable performance of SMEs.
