Factors Affecting the Repurchase Intentions of Consumers on Retail E-Commerce Platforms in Vietnam

Abstract

This study investigated the factors influencing consumers' repurchase intentions on retail e-commerce platforms in Vietnam. The study evaluated key factors such as product quality, service reliability, service capacity, responsiveness, tangibles, and perceived risk. The results showed that product quality, service reliability, service capacity, responsiveness, and tangible factors have positive influences on the consumer's repurchase intention, while the factor of perceived risk has a negative influence. The study emphasized the importance of improving product quality, building trust, and improving service standards to retain customers. The study provided information to help e-commerce managers develop effective strategies to increase consumer loyalty and satisfaction.
