Nghiên cứu này được tổng quan từ các nghiên cứu trước, đồng thời xác định khung lý thuyết có liên quan, từ đó xây dựng nên mô hình nghiên cứu đề xuất và các giả thuyết nghiên cứu. Từ kết quả nghiên cứu này, tác giả nhận diện được các nhân tố có tác động đến việc ý định triển khai và thực hiện triển khai ERP tại các đơn vị y tế công lập, bao gồm: Đặc điểm cá nhân; Đặc điểm tổ chức; Đặc điểm công nghệ và Ý định triển khai hệ thống ERP. Kết quả này là tiền đề giúp cho tác giả thực hiện các nghiên cứu thực nghiệm về việc triển khai ERP trong các đơn vị sự nghiệp y tế công lập trong tương lai.
