Applying the balanced scorecard (BSC) in Cao Phong Co., Ltd.’s business strategy management

Abstract
In this study, the Balanced Scorecard was used to analyze and seek solutions for improving the implementation of business strategies at Cao Phong Co., Ltd. This study presented and analyzed four key contents of the balanced scorecard, including financial health, customers, internal operating systems, and training and development. The study employed Delphi and desk research methods to collect data. Then the data was synthesized and analyzed according to the principles of business statistics. The study’s results identified important factors and meaningful contribution rates of factors affecting the implementation of business strategies. Based on the study’s findings, some solutions were proposed to improve the efficiency of Cao Phong Co., Ltd.’s strategic management.
