Regulations on real estate brokerage services under the law on real estate business 2023

Abstract
On November 28, 2023, the 15th National Assembly of Vietnam passed the Law on Real Estate Business 2023, and the law will take effect on January 1, 2025. This paper analyzed some regulations on real estate brokerage services under the Law on Real Estate Business 2023.
