Abstract
Civil judgment enforcement is an action directly related to the property and moral rights of litigants. To settel judgment enforcement, civil judgment enforcement authorities shall carry out many procedures, such as serving, verifying, applying security measures and coercive measures for judgment enforcement, etc. Therefore, civil judgment enforcement authorities cannot carry out judgment enforcement work by themselves but must coordinate with relevant agencies and organizations. This paper pointed out difficulties and obstacles in the coordination between state agencies in conducting auctions of judgment enforcement assets. Based on the paper's findings, some recommendations were made to improve this coordination's effectiveness.
