Some inadequacies of regulations on regulating teachers and lecturers

Abstract
In recent years, Vietnam has issued many legal documents directly or indirectly regulating teachers and lecturers. This paper analyzed these regulations to point out inadequacies. By analyzing and learning from the experiences of some countries in developing regulations for regulating teachers and lecturers, this paper made recommendations to resolve the inadequacies of current Vietnam’s regulations and strengthen the legal system for regulating teachers and lecturers.
