Types of fictitious legal acts according to Vietnam's 2015 Civil Code

Abstract
This paper presented and analyzed types of fictitious legal acts according to Vietnam's 2015 Civil Code. The paper also compared Vietnamese current regulations to some countries’ regulations on fictitious legal acts. The paper pointed out some inadequacies and made some recommendations to strengthen Vietnam’s regulations on fictitious legal acts.
