Personal information protection according to the Law on Cyber Information Security

Abstract
This paper presented personal information protection according to the Law on Cyber Information Security's regulations. The paper introduced the concept of personal information, the principles of protecting personal information on the Internet, and the responsibilities and rights of relevant entities in collecting and using personal information. Based on the paper’s findings, the study proposed some solutions to enhance the effectiveness of enforcing regulations on protecting personal information in cyberspace.
