Discussing some regulations relating to commune-level officials and civil servants

Abstract
This paper analyzes the current regulations on commune-level civil servants and points out some problems with the enforcement of these regulations. Based on the paper’s findings, some recommendations are made to uniformly determine commune-level public officials and solve issues about their recruitment and salaries. This paper is expected to contribute to improving regulations relating to commune-level civil servants.
