Some recommendations contributing to completing the law on investment incentives for science and technology enterprises

Science and technology development is identified as one of Vietnam's most important national policies. The Government of Vietnam has enacted laws to regulate investment incentives for science and technology enterprises. However, science and technology enterprises still face many difficulties in accessing the Government’s investment incentives. This paper analyzes current regulations on investment incentives for science and technology enterprises and points out some inadequacies and limitations of these regulations. Based on the paper’s findings, some solutions are proposed to improve the effectiveness of regulations on investment incentives for science and technology enterprises.
