Some theoretical legal issues about business conditions

Abstract
In the context of international economic integration and the rapid development of scientific and technological achievements, many business conditions pose legal challenges that force managers to balance business freedom with human rights. This paper analyzes some legal theoretical issues about business conditions to introduce a legal perspective on current business conditions.
