Strengthening the enforcement of environmental protection regulations for domestic enterprises

Environmental pollution in Vietnam is becoming more and more complicated, while the regulations for handling environmental law violations are still ineffective. In addition, the awareness and responsibility of individuals and businesses toward protecting the environment are quite low. Therefore, it is necessary to have specific regulations and sanctions to handle environmental law violations. The paper analyzed the main causes of environmental law violations and proposed measures to strengthen environmental protection regulations for domestic enterprises.
