A study on the development of agricultural tourism real estate from the practice in Thanh Hoa Province

Agricultural tourism real estate has become a “master key” to helping the agriculture industry achieve higher growth. It is also considered a type of national strategic business to promote green growth and sustainable development. This study fundamentally analyzed some issues of agricultural tourism real estate from the development practices in Thanh Hoa Province. Based on the study’s findings, some solutions were proposed to improve regulations on agricultural tourism real estate in the context of Vietnam’s global integration. These solutions include: adding additional regulations on agricultural tourism real estate, such as regulations on the definition of agricultural tourism real estate; regulating the rights and obligations of subjects in investing in agricultural tourism real estate; granting land use rights certificates for land used for agricultural tourism purposes; developing regulations on the basis for determining whether agricultural tourism real estate belongs to the agricultural land group or non-agricultural land group; etc
