Vietnamese regulations on agritourism real estate in the context of globalization

Agritourism real estate development has brought many benefits to the national economy, increased the value of real estate, and improved the lives of local people. Many countries are developing agritourism real estate to facilitate agritourism development sustainably. The development of agritourism real estate increases the value of regional agricultural products, creates additional sources of income for local people, and contributes to making Vietnam one of the new and most attractive tourist destinations in Southeast Asia and the world. This paper analyzed the legal regulations on agritourism real estate and the legal framework for this type of real estate in the context of globalization.
