Abstract
This study examines the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) implementation by K-DA International Dental Chain on patient loyalty to dental services. Grounded in Carroll’s CSR model (1991), the study explores four key dimensions: economic, legal, ethical, and humanitarian responsibilities. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 180 valid survey responses. The findings reveal that legal responsibility has the strongest influence on patient loyalty, while ethical responsibility has the least impact. These insights provide valuable implications for dental service providers seeking to enhance customer loyalty through effective CSR strategies.
