Applying computer security technology in building business models on e-commerce platforms

Abstract

The rapid growth of the global e-commerce market, driven by the explosion of big data, presents both opportunities and significant challenges, particularly in information security and data management. This study proposes a big data-based e-commerce business model (BD-ECBM) designed to enhance platform security, protect user rights, support informed business decision-making, and elevate the customer experience. The BD-ECBM framework consists of three integrated layers: the information service layer, the application layer, and the customer session layer. By leveraging real-time data, the model enables businesses to monitor competitors, dynamically adjust pricing strategies, and personalize customer interactions, thereby improving profitability. Experimental findings demonstrate that the BD-ECBM model not only strengthens marketing decisions but also contributes to greater brand awareness and customer satisfaction, offering a strategic pathway for sustainable growth in the digital economy.
