Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục đích đo lường mô hình đánh giá các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến năng lực quản trị doanh nghiệp và các yếu tố cấu thành năng lực quản trị tác động như thế nào đến kết quả hoạt động của doanh nghiệp. Dữ liệu nghiên cứu được phân tích bằng phương pháp mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính (SEM) nhằm kiểm định thang đo và mô hình nghiên cứu.
