Abstract
This study investigates the factors influencing students’ decision to use Xanh SM electric motorbikes in Ho Chi Minh City. Based on survey data and statistical analysis, the findings reveal that six key factors: service quality, cost perception, convenience and ease of use, brand recognition, environmental awareness, and perceived behavioral control, positively impact students’ adoption of Xanh SM electric motorbikes. The results offer insights for service providers aiming to enhance user experience and promote the adoption of environmentally friendly transportation among young consumers.
