Administrative procedures in SMEs in Ho Chi Minh City: Correlation analysisand policy recommendations

This study investigates the current state of office administrative procedures in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Ho Chi Minh City. It examines the relationship between various factors, including enterprise type and size, procedural clarity, implementation challenges, the impact of administrative procedures on business performance, and the effectiveness of improvements. Using survey data collected from SMEs, the research employs descriptive statistics and correlation analysis to provide a comprehensive understanding of the administrative landscape. Based on the findings, the study proposes practical recommendations to streamline procedures and enhance operational efficiency within SMEs.
