Abstract

This study investigates customer evaluations of factors influencing consumer loan decisions at joint stock commercial banks. The research findings indicate that consumer loan decisions are positively influenced by seven key factors: behavioral attitudes, subjective norms, tangible resources, service responsiveness, lending policies, brand reputation, and costs and interest rates.
