The impact of digital equity on electronic payment behaviour, the mediating role of green insight: empirical evidence from Vietnamese consumers

Abstract

This study assesses the impact of digital equity on e-payment usage behavior, highlighting its role in determining access to and adoption of e-payment services. Digital equity influences consumers' payment habits and the broader transition from traditional to digital payment methods. Additionally, the study examines the mediating role of green innovation, exploring how sustainability considerations affect the relationship between digital equity and e-payment adoption. By analyzing these dynamics, the study provides insights into the interplay between technological accessibility, sustainable innovation, and the evolving digital payment landscape.
