Digital marketing in the era of transformation: A case study of 24H Construction and Interior Company Limited

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, businesses worldwide, including those in Vietnam, are experiencing significant pressure to adapt to evolving business models and operational strategies. Among these changes, marketing practices are undergoing a profound shift from traditional approaches to digital marketing, driven by the increasing effectiveness of digital tools and technologies. This study examines digital marketing activities at 24H Construction and Interior Company Limited, providing a case study on how small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam are leveraging digital marketing to attract and engage customers. The findings offer insights into the challenges and opportunities associated with digital marketing adoption in the SME sector.
