Analysis of expected monthly rental prices among An Giang University's students

This study examines the expected monthly rental prices of An Giang University's students students using the expected price determination technique and survey data from 250 students. The findings reveal a discrepancy between students' expected rental prices and actual market rates, particularly in areas near the university and city center. These insights can assist landlords and investors in better understanding student affordability, enabling them to adjust pricing strategies accordingly and enhance service quality to better meet student housing needs.
