Supervising the legislative power under the 2013 Constitution of Vietnam

Abstract
Control of power in general and supervision of legislative power in particular are recognized in the 2013 Constitution of Vietnam. In fact, the supervision of legislative power still has shortcomings. This paper presented the concept of supervision of legislative power and the current situation. Based on the paper’s findings, some recommendations were made to further improve the supervision of legislative power in Vietnam.
