Vietnamese intellectual property law – Current challenges and solutions

Abstract
This paper examined the current challenges in Vietnamese intellectual property law, such as intellectual property rights and copyright infringements, complex registration processes, and ineffective law enforcement. Based on the paper’s findings, the paper proposed some solutions to improve Vietnamese intellectual property law.
