Phân tích chuỗi giá trị cà phê Tobusta tại huyện Cư Kuin, tỉnh Đắk Lắk

Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu phân tích chuỗi giá trị cà phê Robusta tại huyện Cư Kuin, tỉnh Đắk Lắk nhằm đánh giá cấu trúc vận hành, lượng hóa giá trị gia tăng (GTGT), sự phân phối lợi nhuận và đề xuất giải pháp nâng cấp chuỗi. Nghiên cứu sử dụng khung phân tích của Kaplinsky & Morris (2001), kết hợp khảo sát 114 tác nhân gồm nông hộ, thương lái, cơ sở chế biến, nhà xuất khẩu và chuyên gia để phân tích kinh tế chuỗi và SWOT. Kết quả xác định 6 nhóm tác nhân và 5 kênh phân phối. Từ kết quả nghiên cứu, tác giả đề xuất tập trung vào chế biến sâu, nâng cao và chuẩn hóa chất lượng, phát triển sản phẩm giá trị gia tăng, đồng thời tăng cường liên kết ngang giữa nông hộ và liên kết dọc với HTX, doanh nghiệp chế biến, xuất khẩu.
