Tổng quan về thành phần hóa học, hoạt tính kháng khuẩn và chống oxy hóa của tinh dầu và các hợp chất hoạt tính sinh học từ Ngũ trảo (Vitex negundo L.)

Abstract

Ngũ trảo (Vitex negundo L.) là cây dược liệu thuộc họ Lamiaceae, phân bố rộng rãi tại các khu vực nhiệt đới và cận nhiệt đới ở châu Á và châu Phi. Tinh dầu và các dịch chiết giàu hợp chất phenolic của loài cây này đang được quan tâm như những tác nhân kháng vi sinh vật và chống oxy hóa tự nhiên khi tình trạng kháng thuốc ngày càng gia tăng. Nghiên cứu tổng quan này tổng hợp các bằng chứng hiện có theo bốn nhóm hoạt tính sinh học: kháng khuẩn trên vi khuẩn Gram dương, vi khuẩn Gram âm, kháng nấm, khả năng chống oxy hóa của V. negundo. Tác dụng kháng khuẩn mạnh nhất thường được ghi nhận đối với vi khuẩn Gram dương, vi khuẩn Gram âm ít nhạy cảm hơn. Các nghiên cứu gần đây cũng cho thấy hoạt tính kháng nấm đối với Candida albicans. Nhìn chung, V. negundo là nguồn dược liệu tự nhiên giàu tiềm năng.
