Abstract
This study examines the influence of learning motivation on the academic performance of business administration students at Tien Giang University, with particular attention to the moderating role of student affairs. A quantitative research design was employed, and data were collected through direct surveys of 90 third-year business administration students from Cohort 23 at Tien Giang University. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS software. The findings indicate that learning motivation has a positive effect on academic performance, contributing to improved student outcomes. Notably, student affairs is found to play a moderating role by supporting and strengthening the relationship between learning motivation and academic performance. The study also discusses managerial implications for enhancing learning motivation and improving academic achievement among business administration students.
