Bàiviết phân tích cơ chế giám sát xã hội đối với các dự án đầu tư theo phương thức hợp tác công - tư (PPP) thông qua khảo cứu kinh nghiệm của một số quốc gia như Vương quốc Anh, Hàn Quốc và Úc. Từ thực tiễn quốc tế, bài viết đánh giá những hạn chế trong cơ chế giám sát xã hội đối với dự án PPP tại Việt Nam; qua đó, đề xuất một số gợi ý nhằm hoàn thiện cơ chế giám sát xã hội đối với dự án PPP ở nước ta trong thời gian tới.
