Abstract
This study examines the influence of digital skills on green entrepreneurial intentions in Hanoi through an extended Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) framework. Using data collected from 529 respondents and analyzed via structural equation modeling (SEM), the findings indicate that digital skills positively affect attitudes, social influence, and perceived feasibility, while exerting a negative effect on perceived risk. With the exception of perceived risk, these factors significantly mediate the relationship between digital skills and green entrepreneurial intentions, with social influence emerging as the most influential pathway. The study further outlines key policy implications for individuals, educational institutions, and government agencies to foster sustainable entrepreneurship in the digital era.
