Abstract
Active learning has emerged as a prevailing approach in higher education, aimed at fostering students’ competencies and engagement. This study evaluates the implementation of active learning methods and techniques in accounting courses at the Faculty of Accounting and Finance, Hai Phong University, during the 2025 - 2026 academic year. Drawing on survey data from both lecturers and students, the analysis examines the extent of adoption, perceived effectiveness, and key barriers to implementation. The findings provide empirical insights into current teaching practices and highlight critical factors shaping the quality of accounting education in the context of digital transformation.
