State administrative management decisions are promulgated by state administrative agencies to govern social management activities. State administrative management decisions play a leading role in the state management. As a result, it is necessary to conduct the inspection on the state administrative management decisions methodically and scientifically in order to ensure the implementation of state administrative management decisions.
