Abstract
In the context of ongoing judicial reform and the construction of a socialist rule-of-law state in Vietnam, strengthening the bailiff institution is essential to enhancing the effectiveness of judicial activities and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of individuals and organizations. This study analyzes the current legal framework and practical implementation of bailiff activities in Vietnam, identifying key limitations and shortcomings in the existing system. Drawing on international experience and the objectives of Vietnam’s judicial reform, the study proposes a series of solutions aimed at improving the bailiff institution, thereby contributing to the modernization and efficiency of the judicial system in alignment with the country’s development goals in the new era.
