The study analyzes key legal obligations related to copyright protection, personal data security, content accuracy, and liability for potential damages arising from AI use. In parallel, it underscores fundamental ethical principles including transparency, fairness, respect for human intellectual contributions, and the preservation of humanistic values. By integrating legal and ethical perspectives, the study aims to propose orientations that ensure the protection of learners’ rights and promote a safe, equitable, and responsible digital education environment
