Abstract
Artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping the labor market in Vietnam, improving productivity while creating pressure for structural transformation. The current challenge lies in the gap between digital competence and the requirements for organizational transformation. In this context, developing digital competence for young workers becomes essential. This study employs qualitative interviews to assess the current status of digital competence development among business students at Hong Bang International University. The findings provide a basis for proposing solutions to redesign curricula and experiential learning activities to help students adapt effectively in the AI era.
