Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến hành vi mua nông sản địa phương của khách du lịch

Nghiên cứu này nhằm tổng hợp và hệ thống hóa các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến ý định mua nông sản địa phương của khách du lịch trong bối cảnh phát triển du lịch bền vững. Trên cơ sở tổng quan các nghiên cứu trước, bài viết tiếp cận ý định mua như một dạng hành vi tiêu dùng theo trải nghiệm, chịu tác động đồng thời của nhiều nhóm yếu tố khác nhau. Cụ thể, các yếu tố được phân thành bốn nhóm chính gồm: (i) yếu tố tâm lý - hành vi dựa trên Lý thuyết Hành vi dự định, (ii) giá trị cảm nhận và thuộc tính sản phẩm, (iii) yếu tố xã hội - văn hóa và bền vững, và (iv) các yếu tố đặc thù của bối cảnh tiêu dùng trong du lịch. Kết quả tổng hợp cho thấy ý định mua nông sản địa phương của khách du lịch không chỉ phụ thuộc vào thái độ và nhận thức cá nhân mà còn chịu ảnh hưởng mạnh từ trải nghiệm điểm đến, giá trị biểu trưng của sản phẩm và các điều kiện tình huống như tính sẵn có và khả năng vận chuyển. Nghiên cứu nhấn mạnh vai trò của việc tích hợp tiêu thụ nông sản vào thiết kế trải nghiệm du lịch nhằm gia tăng giá trị cho điểm đến. Từ đó, bài viết đề xuất các hàm ý quản trị nhằm thúc đẩy tiêu dùng nông sản địa phương gắn với phát triển du lịch bền vững tại Việt Nam.
