Báo cáo nghiên cứu về thực trạng gian lận thương mại tại Việt Nam và kinh nghiệm quốc tế, tập trung tìm hiểu vấn đề gian lận thương mại liên quan đến hàng công nghiệp trong giai đoạn gần đây, có tính đến bối cảnh từ khi Việt Nam gia nhập WTO; đặc biệt chú trọng phân tích đặc điểm, nguyên nhân và đánh giá thực trạng, hậu quả gian lận thương mại trong hoạt động xuất nhập khẩu, từ đó đề xuất biện pháp phòng chống gian lận mặt hàng công nghiệp thời gian tới.
