Current status and solutions for improving the quality of labor export activities in Dak Lak Province

This study analyzes labor export activities in Dak Lak Province in five areas: information dissemination and provision; worker recruitment; vocational, foreign-language, and orientation training; management and support for workers before, during, and after employment abroad; and the socio-economic effectiveness of labor export. Using secondary sources together with descriptive statistics and analytical methods, the study assesses the current situation of labor export activities in the province. Based on the findings, three groups of solutions are proposed: improving state management, enhancing the quality of workers participating in labor export, and strengthening support mechanisms and the sustainable development of labor export activities in order to improve their quality in the coming period.
