Nghiên cứu xây dựng hệ thống giám sát và phát hiện bất thường tàu thuyền trên biển dựa trên dữ liệu Hệ thống nhận dạng tự động (AIS). Hệ thống sử dụng các thông số về vị trí, tốc độ và hướng đi của tàu, kết hợp các phương pháp học máy, dự đoán và phân cụm DBSCAN để nhận diện hành vi bất thường và phát cảnh báo. Kết quả thử nghiệm cho thấy hệ thống đạt độ chính xác phát hiện bất thường lên đến 95%, thời gian phát hiện trung bình dưới 5 giây, đồng thời hỗ trợ trực quan hóa và so sánh hành trình thực tế với hành trình dự đoán. Kết quả cho thấy giải pháp có khả năng hỗ trợ giám sát và phát hiện sớm các hành vi bất thường của tàu thuyền trong thời gian thực.
