Bài viết phân tích quá trình nâng cấp hệ thống ERP trong bối cảnh doanh nghiệp thực hiện tái cấu trúc, thay đổi mô hình kinh doanh và cơ cấu quản trị. Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu tình huống định tính và phỏng vấn chuyên gia. Kết quả cho thấy, nâng cấp ERP không chỉ thay đổi công nghệ mà còn là biểu hiện của linh hoạt chiến lược và năng lực đổi mới số. Từ kết quả nghiên cứu, tác giả đề xuất các hàm ý quản trị cho dự án nâng cấp ERP trong bối cảnh tái cấu trúc doanh nghiệp.
