Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến ý định sử dụng túi sinh học của người tiêu dùng Gen Z tại Trà Vinh

Nghiên cứu này phân tích các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến ý định sử dụng túi sinh học của người tiêu dùng Gen Z tại TP. Trà Vinh nhằm thúc đẩy tiêu dùng bền vững. Dựa trên TPB và IDT, mô hình xem xét 5 yếu tố, gồm: niềm tin vào hiệu quả, ảnh hưởng xã hội, sự thuận tiện sử dụng, ý thức môi trường và nhận thức giá cả. Dữ liệu từ 319 mẫu được phân tích bằng Cronbach’s Alpha, EFA và hồi quy OLS. Kết quả cho thấy, 4 yếu tố đầu tác động tích cực đến ý định sử dụng, trong khi nhận thức giá cả tác động ngược chiều. Mô hình giải thích 53,3% biến thiên của ý định sử dụng.
