Nghiên cứu các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến xuất khẩu bền vững hàng dệt may sang thị trường EU bằng mô hình PLS-SEM

Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu nhằm xác định và đo lường các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến xuất khẩu bền vững hàng dệt may sang thị trường EU thông qua mô hình cấu trúc bình phương nhỏ nhất từng phần (PLS-SEM). Kết quả cho thấy, các yếu tố như: quy định về môi trường - xã hội, cam kết phát triển bền vững, đổi mới công nghệ, mức độ cạnh tranh và vốn nhân lực có tác động tích cực đến hoạt động xuất khẩu bền vững. Ngược lại, yêu cầu về quy tắc xuất xứ vẫn là thách thức đáng kể. Ngoài ra, truyền thông đại chúng và văn hóa nhân văn của doanh nghiệp được xác định có vai trò hỗ trợ tích cực trong việc nâng cao nhận thức và thúc đẩy hành động hướng tới xuất khẩu bền vững của ngành dệt may. Từ đó, đưa ra một số hàm ý quản trị và chính sách nhằm nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh và thúc đẩy xuất khẩu bền vững cho ngành Dệt May Việt Nam.
