Factors affecting enterprises’ choices of using outsourced accounting services provided by accounting service firms in Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract
This study is to determine and measure the influence of factors affecting how enterprises choose outsourced accounting services provided by accounting service firms in Ho Chi Minh City. The study finds out that the uncertain business environment, knowledge of managers, competition level of enterprise, technical competence of outsourced accountants, and trust of managers in outsourced accounting service firms have positive impacts on how enterprises choose outsourced accounting services. Based on the study’s results, some solutions are proposed to help accounting service firms in Ho Chi Minh City better attract clients.
