Tóm tắt

Bài nghiên cứu nhằm xác định Internet vạn vật (IoT) là gì và cách mà nó mang lại lợi ích cho mọi người trong du lịch và khách sạn (DL&KS), xem xét những tác động thực tế về vai trò và việc sử dụng IoT trong DL&KS, từ đó đưa ra các hướng dẫn trong tương lai cho các nhà quản lý khách sạn (điểm đến), cho phép họ theo kịp xu hướng du lịch toàn cầu.
