Factors affecting the effectiveness of the internal control system of enterprises in Tra Vinh province

Abstract
This study determines and measures the impact of factors on the effectiveness of the internal control system of enterprises in Tra Vinh province. The study’s results show that there are six factors affecting the effectiveness of the internal control system of enterprises in Tra Vinh province. These factors, in descending order of importance, are monitoring, ebusiness scale, control activities, control environment, risk assessment, information and communication. Based on these results, some solutions are proposed to enhance the effectiveness of the internal control system of enterprises in Tra Vinh province.
