Analyzing the factors affecting the trend of using MISA MEINVOICE e-invoices in small and medium-sized enterprises in the Mekong Delta

Abstract
This study is to test the influence of factors on the trend of using MISA MEINVOICE e-invoices in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Mekong Delta. The study’s results show that there are 5 factors affecting the trend of using MISA MEINVOICE e-invoices in SMEs, including: (1) Benefits of using e-invoices, (2) Accuracy, safety, and confidentiality, (3) Technical infrastructure, (4) Human resources, and (5) Customer service.
