Abstract
This paper provides solutions to improve the internal control system and minimize risks in the activities of Vietnam International Joint Stock Trade - Vung Tau Province Branch (VIB - Vung Tau). It is necessary for VIB – Vung Tau to analyze in depth its internal control system to finds out shortcomings and weaknesses. Based on the paper’s findings, some solutions are proposed to improve the internal control system of VIB - Vung Tau in the coming time.
